I am a spayed female & I look like a Rat Terrier mix
The shelter staff think I am 8 years old.
Rosie has been through so much, but she hasn’t lost her spark. Through a bit of detective work, we learned that Rosie was rescued from abuse in another state, adopted, and later rehomed — eventually finding her way to Tallahassee as a stray. This is at least her third time in the shelter environment.
After everything she’s endured, Rosie deserves a peaceful, loving home where she can finally feel safe. She’s shy at first, but once she warms up, she’s playful, affectionate, and loves attention.
Rosie will thrive in a calm environment with patient adopters who can offer her the care, kindness, and stability she’s been missing. This resilient, sweet girl is ready for a fresh start — and a lifetime of love.
